[Playlists] [Folders] [All Platforms] Move playlists out of folders

Solved!

[Playlists] [Folders] [All Platforms] Move playlists out of folders

It would be advantageous to have the option to relocate playlists outside of folders, a functionality that is currently unavailable.

Hi @ivanlruiz_,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards for now.

The option to remove playlists from Folders is already available on the dekstop app and the Web Player. To do it, go to the folder and right-click on the playlist you want to remove, then select 'Move to folder'. Right there you will see the option to 'Remove from folders'. No worries, this won't remove it from your Library, just from the folder itself.

Now, this option is not available yet on mobile devices, but if you'd like it to be, you can submit a new idea, making sure you follow our Community guidelines.

Hope this helps.
