Problem with linking Shazam playlist

Problem with linking Shazam playlist

Hello,

 

I have accidentally deleted my Shazam playlist and now I cannot add anymore or better it will show the Shazam playlist but there is no song attached. Before I deleted the playlist accidentally, I had the problem was not updating the playlist with the new song.

can you please look into this problem?

 I have tried to uninstall the app and install back after turning the phone off and on but nothing changed. I have asked Shazam customers service too and they said that the app works fine as it’s adding the playlist to Spotify.

Thanks for letting us know!

There may still be hope here 🙂

 

Reach out to our support folks, explain the situation to them and ask them to see if the Shazam playlist can be restored to an earlier version.
It should be possible but we can't confirm from here, as we don't have access to your accounts from the Community.
