Public playlist no longer public

Hey all, 

I created a public playlist based on an album that is not on Spotify. Unexpectedly I got lots of people following it every single day!  
Then for no reason I can tell, it no longer comes up in search and does not appear in my public playlists. It was. 
there are other versions of this album that have far less followers that appear in search (and they dont even have the songs right!).

Why is mine hidden all of a sudden? I’ve googled n searched and can’t find the answer.
