Where do I go in spotify to instruct me how to use it? want to clean out my library but dont or cant get rid of songs that i never asked for or want show up in my spotify library

To remove albums, playlists, and songs from your Library you just need to click on the green heart and then they will be removed. To add things to your Library you click on the heart and when it's added it will turn green.
