Request to Remove Offline Devices from My Spotify Account

 

Dear Spotify Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am currently receiving a message that says:
“You’re out of offline devices. Free up a spot in Settings by disabling offline access or removing all downloads from another device.”

 but the issue still appears. It seems that some old devices might still be using my account for offline downloads.

Could you please help me reset or remove all offline devices linked to my Spotify account? I would like to free up space to continue using offline mode on my current device.

Here are my details:

Device in use: iPhone 17 pro max

Country/Region:Sri Lanka

Hey @itsmazahir, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

 

I'd recommend going over to your account overview page and logging into your account. Then click sign out everywhere to log out of all devices.

 

Try again and you should be able to download content offline now. If this doesn't work, you can contact support using this link and they will be able to help you out further.
