S4A iPhone app - no longer have the ability to view Releases by custom date range?

It was never available in the web version, but after the recent...whatever...has been going on in the background for the last week, I noticed that you can no longer run a custom date range for Releases. The only options available are the standard 24-hour, 7-day, 28-day, last 12 months, and All Time. It seems that you can only apply a custom date range at the individual Song level, which is quite tedious if you're trying to track an entire catalog. I did chat with S4A support about this yesterday, who told me that she didn't believe this was a permanent change, but she wasn't very convincing on this point.  Does anyone know for sure?

Hey there @rlproductions,

Thanks for posting here in the Community and welcome.

In this case, since you've noticed changes on sorting/filters in the Spotify for Artists app, we'd recommend getting in touch with the Artists Customer Service team here. You can find how to contact them at the very bottom of the web page. They'll take a look at your situation and, if possible, provide further insights.

Have a great day!

Well, as I said in my original post, I DID speak with Artist Support, "who told me that she didn't believe this was a permanent change, but she wasn't very convincing on this point."  Since nothing has changed in the past several days, I was wondering if this is an issue that should be tracked here?

Thanks for returning @rlproductions.

We understand that you've already reached out to our colleagues from the Artist team, however, here in the forum we're focused in helping with the regular Spotify app and we can sadly not assist you further with the Artists app itself. With this said, it would be best to contact the Artist team once again as suggested by @AlejaR in this post.

If there's anything else we can help you with, we're just a post away.

After multiple conversations with Artist support, I received the following: "We appreciate you raising this with us as it helps inform our decisions going forward. We've uncovered an issue affecting this feature, and our engineering team was able to fix the issue which should be available in version 2.2.11 of the Spotify for Artists mobile app very soon!"
