My Question or Issue

I usually listen to white noise 10 hours playlist to fall asleep.

Today I noticed no matter the playlist I use (one created by me) or created by spotify (based on my taste) - for example Rock Mix - it plays the "normal" song I select, when the song finishes it will play a random item from the white noise playlist. I was using smart shuffle/ regular shuffle.

I cleared my cache, removed the white noise playlist from my taste and stopped the shuffle option.

When I press the "next song" it moves to the white noise playlist. But when I press previous button it goes to the playlist I'm trying to listen - example rock mix - not shuffle mode.

Clicked on "Man on the Moon - R.E.M" - song finished and starts playing "white home noise - Rocket fx" - If I click next song button it goes to another white noise "song". If I click previous song button if goes "back" to the rock mix and starts playing a U2 song.

It seems the previous button is working as a "next" button. As for the regular next button is going to a different playlist.

It never happened before, I was wondering if this issue was reported by other users.

Hey @MDOC93,

Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed description you've provided.

Sounds like your white noise playlist has been added to the queue, which would explain why the Next button plays tracks from it and the Previous button returns you to a song from the current playlist. Can you please open the queue (lower right corner of the Now Playing View) and check if you see a Clear button?

If yes, tap it and all should be good. If not, send us a screenshot of the queue and try running a clean reinstall of the app as a next troubleshooting step.

Let us know how it goes.
