Everytime we do a search while we are listening to some music appear the message "you are offline, try again". But the home page and the music streaming have no problem. To solve the problem we have to force close the app or switch off/on the data connection. It only happens with data connection (full 4g) not with wifi connection.

It's a common and serious bug here in Italy, you can check all the bad reviews in Italian Android play store. It could be related to vodafone network. We're waiting for a fix. Thanks.

Would you mind sending us some screenshots from the Google Play Store Italia so that we can see some of the comments that users are posting there about this issue?

 

Once we have that, we'll take a further look into this.

It's just the latest ones, but it's full of negative reviews related to this thing.

Same issue. I'm very tired of this, I'm paying a premium account and I can't listen to music. Apple music is working perfectly fine, I think I will unsubscribe soon from Spotify if the problem still persists.

Is this thing going to be fixed anytime soon?

The app is barely usable now. Search doesn't work, songs you can access from home page stop playing after 10 seconds or don't even start.

What is happening? It used to be a great service...

How do I post my own issue? I cannot find any option anywhere that allows me to post an issue I am having. And yes I currently have a massive issue with my spotify that I need help with

Same problem for me: streaming stops after variable time (from 10 second to 10-15 minutes) it restart just after toggling mobile data or airplane mode - all other inet related apps aren't affected.

Half day with no problem after a "network reset" done by Vodafone customer support.

It seems to go better with "Vodafone Rete Sicura" disabled.

No problem on WiFi

Same problem here (search doesn't work anymore at all, tracks works for only 5-10s and then stop. No problems with the WiFi).

TIDAL works great with the same network conditions!!
