Welcome to the Spotify Community!
Looks like you're using the free version of Spotify, which doesn't fully support on-demand playback for individual songs in the mobile app, and instead lets you preview them by playing a short snippet. You can still listen to full songs in playlists/albums in shuffle mode by tapping the big green Play button at the top.
You also get up to 15 Spotify playlists that do support on-demand playback, meaning you can pick and play and track from the playlist you want. These are usually found under the Made for You section in Search or in Spotify's profile.

You might have had a Premium trial that has since expired. In any case, with the free version of Spotify you can still listen to anything you want on the desktop app and the Web Player.
