Some of my playlist disappeared and its not in recover playlist

so basically i go in my spotify but i noticed that i don't have the same amount as playlist (which i should mention are from my old profile that wouldn't let me sign in no  matter how many password changes i did so i saved the albums on my new profile) i usually have, i didn't delete any playlist but there not showing up! i went on my computer and saw those missing playlist but when i clicked them it said that the playlist couldn't be found, i don't know what to do. I can't sign into my older profile that the playlist belonged to because it would say this email doesn't exist

If you can't log into your secondary account, we'd suggest you give these steps a go. Then you can try logging in here. 

Can you still see the playlists in the other account? If you can, you can try these steps to transfer the music to the new account.

You can always send us a screenshot of what you're seeing. We'll investigate this further.
