Song "invisible" to Spotify

There's a single song in my library that has not once appeared in the queue when I shuffle the playlist. So whenever I would like to listen to that song, I have to add it to the queue myself because shuffle will never play it.

Also whenever I skip to the previous song, it never plays the song that doesn't appear in the queue, instead it goes straight to the song that I played before it. So this song is completely invisible to Spotify.

Already unliked the song and liked it again, didn't work. Also re-installed Spotify, didn't work either. I have the same problem on PC and mobile. What to do?

This does seem odd and we'd like to have a closer look into this.

Can you let us know if you get the same behavior if you add the song to a different playlist?
