Songs not being added to Playlists

My Question or Issue

I keep adding new songs to my Playlists but they do not get added to the library. Notifications comes says they are added but they are not there in the Playlists. This has been going on for a week or so now. 

Do you have any solutions to this?

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you let me know if you are seeing this happen across all devices or just one? You could try logging out and back in, or even doing a clean reinstall of the app to see if it helps refresh things.
