My Question or Issue

On the android app, I'm using the edit function in playlists to reorder the tracks.

At the end of the editable list there are tracks viewing which aren't saved to the playlist (i believe these are the suggested tracks from the bottom of the screen)

I make changes, save, and if I have only moved 1 song, this is fine. If I try to move more than 1 song then the track order has not changed.

I've checked the sort by filter to make sure thats not overriding it and selected custom, this doesn't help.

Steps to replicate:

1. Open playlist

2. Tap Edit

3. Press hold to drag multiple songs to new order

4. Press Save

Expected behaviour:

- Order reflects changes made

Current behaviour:

- If one song is moved, this works

- If multiple tracks are moved, no changes are saved and the playlist looks the same as before.

Hi there @roseanncullen,

Thanks for reaching out!

We weren't able to reproduce the behavior you described on our end, so we recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to try and troubleshoot the issue, since it's more thorough and ensures that any damaged cache will be removed. Can you also check if the same thing happens in the desktop app and the Web Player

If it doesn't, then it'd be really helpful to check on another mobile device - you can ask a friend or a relative to give you their phone for a couple of minutes just to test this out. You can also ask them to log in their own account on your phone to see if they experience the same thing, since this will help us check if it might be account- or device-related.

It'd also be great if you can send us a screen recording so we can take a closer look and investigate further. If the file is too large to attach, you can upload it to Google Drive (make sure to allow general access to the file) or as an unlisted YouTube video

Keep us posted.
