play any song without ruining your shuffle

play any song without ruining your shuffle

to be able click on another song wihtout ruining the shuffle order or to have an opption to see my shuffle queue history that i can come back to even if i played another song not from the queue

Thanks for reaching out!

 

The interaction between Shuffle and Queue was changed recently, so this should now be possible! You can select and play another song from the same playlist and that won't affect the shuffled order of the songs in your queue - they will remain the same. Check out the screenshots below for an in-depth view:

If you'd like to reshuffle the queue, simply toggle Shuffle off and on again - that will do the trick.

 

In case you meant playing another song from another playlist/album, you can add it to the queue manually instead of playing it directly. That way, the order of your shuffled songs will remain intact.
