Songs not loading

Hi i have problem with my app when i enter it my songs dont load, all playlists are empty (even made by other people) and its not account issue because when i enter spotify on google it works fine

Could you try logging in with another Spotify account on your phone? It could be a friend’s or family member’s account, or even a second account you might have, just to check if the same issue happens.

I'd also recommend you try having a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick.

Hey so i trie and when i log in on another account everything is normal also i troed already re installing and it didnt help

Can you let me know which version of Spotify you're using? You can learn how to find it here. I'd also recommend you make sure to download the app from only for the official store of your device (App Store/Play Store...).

My version is 9.0.46.496 also it is download from google play

Thanks for your reply. Can you try using your account in another device to see if the behavior persists? If so, it could indicate there's something wrong with your account and not the Spotify app itself.
