My Question or Issue

There's quite a lot of music that isn't available on Spotify, but is still in its library, so I imported it from my local library. However when I try to play the online version, Spotify still says "Spotify can't play this file right now. If you have this file on your computer you can import it." I tried changing the metadata to match exactly (Like Camellia instead of かめりあ for artist name), it still doesn't work. Album in question - https://open.spotify.com/album/7rq7r80sl2QVMUxeRt7wWi

I tried deleting local-files.bnk/readding local song directories to no avail. I can listen to the track in the local library. I also tried converting the file from mp3 to aac, m4a, mp4, ogg.

edit: just found this https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Local-files-not-matching-with-Spotify-catalog/idi-p/...

it's extremely disappointing that a feature you're advertising in the FAQ doesn't work and isn't even officially supported...
