Picking the song you like to play from your created playlist is now a Premium feature on the mobile app, but you can keep using it on your tablet, Web Player and the desktop app as mentioned previously by @Yordan. At Spotify, we're always testing things by adding or removing features to make Spotify better overall. We're sorry that this means you're not able to use the playlists like you wish to do at the moment, but we hope you'll continue using it and find it gets better in the future.

Entra a tu perfil del sitio web con tu direccion de correo electronico y tu nombre de usuario aparecera a la vista en tu perfil. Alli, revisa tu status de suscripcion.
Si todo se ve bien, da logout en la app y usa ese nombre de usuario, en lugar de la direccion de correo electronico, para dar login en tu dispositivo.

Hola, lo intento pero sigue igual anteriormente pensé que era la cuenta por lo que cree otras cuentas pero seguía igual el mismo error, también quería decir que la primera cuenta que hize para arreglar el error durante un tiempo apareció como el Spotify normal pero sin anuncios después de cierto tiempo volvieron con anuncios y aparecen como muestras de audio
Editar: si me funcionó desinstale la aplicación e inicie como dijiste muchas gracias!!! ❤️
Edit2: funciono porque estaba conectado con otro dispositivo pero cuando lo desconecto sigue el error

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.
Looks like you're using the free version of Spotify on your phone. Note that the mobile app doesn't fully support on-demand playback for free users. More info in this article.
The reason you could pick songs from your playlist on screenshot #1 is that you were actually listening on what seems to be a tablet, while using your phone as a remote. You can still pick and play any song you want via your tablet, the Web Player or the desktop app, as those devices support on-demand playback.

Hola , llegó a entender lo que dices pero las listas de reproducción que yo creo no me permiten seleccionar las canciones que yo quiero , anteriormente podia elegir las canciones que yo quería pero ahora no me permite y aparece así:
antes me aparecía así: cuando yo creaba mis playlist podia seleccionar canciones
lo que quiero decir es que el error que tengo que es que me aparecen como muestras de audio y no deja seleccionar las canciones eso es lo que quiero arreglar
