Spotify has created 600 playlists in my profile randomly. I need them to be deleted easily

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of those playlists so I can take a closer look? Notice the owner of the playlists. Does it say "your display name" or Spotify or someone else's name?

If you think your account was hacked, please click sign out everywhere on your account page and reset your password. You can also read Protect Your Account for more info.

To address your question about deleting them, there’s currently no built-in feature to bulk delete items. However, you can use the Spotify desktop app to drag all playlists in a folder. Once you’ve done that, simply delete the folder, and all the playlists in it will be removed.
