Spotify premium deletes downloaded playlists

I have a premium account in the UK and my Motorola E5 (Android 8.0) refuses to keep my downloaded playlists. Three times now I have downloaded a couple of my playlists and within an hour of completing the download the playlist disappears. I have the same issue with my Samsung Tab A also running Android 8.0

Hi there, glad you asked in the community!

I see you are having issues regarding offline content. Did you try re-installing the Spotify App and did it work?

If not then try performing the following steps:

• Go to Spotify.com, and go to your account.
• Scroll down and click on Sign Out Everywhere.
• This will log you out everywhere and you will need to download your content offline again.
• After this, uninstall the Spotify App and clean install using this guide.
• Sign in and check if it is working as expected.
• Also, make sure that you are not using any VPN or DNS service.
