Spotify storage not showing files in .ogg format

Hello,

I cannot seem to figure out why the files are not in the .ogg format.  Instead there are about 503 folders named everything from "00" all the way to "ZZ" 

Is there something im missing?

every search i've done trying to find answers all leads to "Spotify uses the .ogg file to prevent piracy"  Fully aware. I pay for premium and are not intending to rip music,  I just wanna know why I've got so many files, none of which are .ogg
