Hi there @zinm0r,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to look into this for you and help you enrich your Liked Songs once again.

This is quite odd and we haven't encountered anything quite like this recently. To start things off, try performing a full clean reinstall as it's possible there's some damaged cache and an issue with the sync of the app which is causing this behaviour. These steps will reset the cache and force a resync, which should resolve the issue.

If it persists however, so that we can look into this further, could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on Windows? Does it also happen on the aforementioned Android phone or do you mean that the sync fails between devices too?
  • Does it happen on different networks? If you haven't tested this, please do so. You can make a hotspot from your phone if necessary.
  • Is only the liking of songs broken? What about adding songs to playlists or creating/editing playlists?

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

Keep us posted.

Hi,

The issue fixed when I reinstalled. Not sure why but all the songs that were unliked were added to my liked songs on their own instead of me having to go back and re-like them all.

Other stuff:

  • This happened on my laptop and my phone as well
  • It happened on any wifi network
  • I just couldn't like songs. I could add them to playlists fine.

Hey @zinm0r,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

We're glad to know that everything is working fine now. We appreciate the time you took following the process and sharing your resolution. Hopefully, this tip will help other users with the same behavior as well.

In case you need anything else, remember that we're just a post away.

Cheers!

Hey @zinm0r,

Thanks for confirming.

We suspect that the issue comes from the number of tracks you've added to your playlists, so for the sake of narrowing down the possible cause, can you create a new playlist and add let's say 100 tracks to it and see if the behavior will persist with it?

Let us know how it goes.
