My Question or Issue

Yesterday Spotify suddenly only plays one song from an album, then continues to play from the previous album. I’ve tried clicking play on different albums, and by clicking on a song in a different album, but it always returns to the first album after playing one song from the new album. I updated my software overnight to see if it would fix the problem, but it has not. I’ve also tried closing out of the app without avail.

I’m so sorry. Apparently I just needed to clear my queue. I appreciate the help, and love the app. ❤️ I’m so embarrassed 😅

Hi there @CrazyPickle,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on iPhone?
  • Does this happen regardless of what content you select?
  • Are playlists also affected?
  • Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

Keep us posted.
