My Question or Issue

Should be able to slide that along to view Other genres but I can't anymore. Have tried force stopping and clearing cache. What else can I do?

Thanks for the post!

 

The Mood/ Genre filter options for Liked Songs is still in testing and we're aware that there is an issue with not all buttons appearing for some users. 

 

The right folks at Spotify are working on this as we speak. 

 

We'll keep you updated here as soon as we have more news

I have the same problem. I have galaxy A13 and I've tried reinstall as well to no avail😔

Thank you for your reply in this thread!

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall instead of the regular one? This is more thorough usual one and can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files from previous installations that might be causing issues. It'll also get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes.

 

It's also a good idea to clear your cache with the steps here.

 

In case you still experience the issue, can try logging in on a friend's or a family member's account to see if the app behaves the same way?

So I have done everything to try to get it to work again (mood filter) I have logged into another account it works but in my account it doesn't I have deleted all data from it from home screen to internal saved data and still nothing it works sometimes but then there's times like this

Thank you for your reply in this thread and for the troubleshooting you've tried so far. 

 

Could you let us know if you experience this on 5G, Wi-Fi or both? We'd also appreciate it if you share the make, model, OS version and Spotify version of the device you're using. Any screenshots you can provide will also be helpful to identify what's causing the issue.
