Unable to like/unlike local files on desktop

Local file Issue

So I had a playlist reach 10,000 songs and realizing I could not add anymore, I decided I would instead "like" all the songs in the playlist and then move my liked songs to a new playlist and that way the playlist would instead be my liked songs and not have a 10k song limit. 

However the issue is that, I cannot add an entire playlist to my liked songs on mobile. I can on desktop, but on desktop I cannot add local files. 
Local files do not have the option to like/unlike on desktop as far as I can tell, and on mobile I would have to select each local file individually which would not work. 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

There is no way to manually add multiple local file song to your liked songs from Mobile. You'd have to do it one by one.
