My Question or Issue

The Android app was not loading yesterday morning or last night, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now everything is gone.

 

My Liked Songs were in the thousands and now there are only 109 and I don't remember adding any of them. All of my playlists and podcasts have also disappeared. I tried going through the "recover playlists" button, but it says I have not deleted any playlists, so it does not display any.

 

What do I do here? Is there a way to recover essentially my entire account?

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll get you back to your music in no time.

 

Playlist, Liked songs and followed podcasts cannot be removed by the system without an explicit request, so for everything to disappear like this the most likely cause would be if you logged into a different account where these aren't present. Check out these steps here to see how you can double check the details used and get back into your correct account and enjoy your library once again.

i have done all of this. no luck. and i am being charged twice each month as well. Please send me different solutions or a phone number so i can speak to an actual human being.

 

ok, so, I have found another email. how do I get rid of one of the accounts so I am not charged twice anymore?
