Hello, I have recently updated my mobile phone, previously I had added songs from my computer to my Spotify account. I used to be able to play these on my old phone. I have recently upgraded my phone. I can see the playlist but the song i have added are greyed out. How do I fix this ???

Thanks for reaching out - we're here to help!    

 

We suggest you open the Spotify app on both devices at the same time so your music can sync up. Then try downloading the songs on the new mobile phone again. 

 

In case you receive an error message, send us a screenshot displaying it. You can attach the image to your next response using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

 

Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
