Web App - Editing Playlists - Now Premium Feature?

Last year Spotify secretly made editing playlists a premium feature for iOS, suddenly today editing playlists with the web app doesn't seem to be working either, does anybody have any inside information if this is a premium feature now also?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

As a Free account user you should be able to remove or add songs to a playlist.

Furthermore, you should also be able to change the order of the songs and edit the name of the playlist. 

Let me know which of the feature i mentioned above is not optional for you and in the meantime i recommend making sure that your browser i fully updated and also to give it a shot using an incognito page.
