Why I can't listen to some of my downloaded songs?

Why I can't listen to some of my downloaded songs?


Some of the songs that I have saved in my playlist are not playable... why ? Is it because of the country that I live ? or I don't have a premium account ? What is happening to my music list ?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to one of our Help boards as its content fits better here. 


Downloading songs is a Premium feature. You should be able to download your playlists and enjoy them while offline as long as you're logged in on the account you paid Premium for (if you're a subscriber). 


We'd recommend that you make sure you're using a Premium account. In order to do that - head to your account page. You should see Premium under Your Plan. If that's not what you're seeing, you might be logged into another account. If so, go to the top right corner and click on Log Out


Please note that you're able to download podcasts only if you're using a free version of the app.
