Hi!
Can't seem to find the Genre/Mood blocks on my desktop app for Apple.
Screen looks like this (see attachment), completely empty. I just want to browse between genre's and moods.

Hey @ahastie7 & @julienalt,
This sounds like it could be an issue with your cached data 🙂
Try removing it by following the steps here and let us know if that makes a difference.
If this doesn't help out, we'd like to know if the described behaviour has started after a specific event; e.g. like a system or an app update.
Note: You could also try triggering a manual sync of your settings by logging out of the app and back in twice in a row.
We'll be on the lookout for your reply!
Hi there @julienalt,
Thanks for reaching out. Do you mean you want to block certain genres or are you referring to the different genre filters that can be used to sort songs? If you meant the latter, this is present in the Liked Songs playlist and only on mobile devices, check this article for more info.
Hope this clears things up.
I think the poster is referring to the tiles that would indicate the various moods/genres. I'm actually having the same problem on my Desktop Mac. I could click into "Search" and the window would be full of New Music and all the various moods/genres for me to choose from. But now, much like the original poster, this window is empty and I cannot find a way to access moods/genres at all.

I think this might have been the solution. Somehow it worked again, it might be after restarting my mac and Spotify. So all good again! Thanks for your help and answers!
