Why does one of my playlists gets deleted?

Why does one of my playlists gets deleted?

A few weeks ago I was missing one of my playlists. After a little research I discovered that my playlist was set deleted but I could restore it in my spotify desktop account. In this moment i thought that I somehow deleted it by myself. But yesterday the same list was gone again and I needed to restore it.
Now I know that I definitely didn't delete it by myself. What's going on here?

Thanks for reaching out! 

Since your playlist ends up in the Recover playlists section, it's possible that it's first being deleted from the account itself. In this case, it's a good idea to log out from all devices and change your password, just to make sure that you're the only one who has access to your account. You can log out from all devices by heading over to the account page > scroll down to Sign out from everywhere.


If this keeps happening, however, we suggest checking the apps that are connected to your account. You also do this through the account page > Manage apps. From there, you can select Remove Access for any app that you're not sure about. Third party apps may sometime add songs to your account and playlists, so it's also possible that an app is influencing this. You can always give an app access again later, you just need to log back in to that service.
