My Question or Issue

I have many folders with playlists in my library, and I see the folders in the Android app. However, I currently (2024-03-29 4:45 PM CEST) do not see the folders in my Windows 11 app. I tried all different sortings and display modes.

What's going right now? A bug in the Windows app?

Hi there @franks6467,

Interesting. Do you see still see your playlists on the desktop app? If not, you might have accidentally logged in to another account. This article will help you get back in to the correct one.

It's also worth checking if everything looks good on the Web Player.

Let us know how it goes. Cheers 🤘

Hi Yordan,

thank you for your response.

I investigated again, and I found my folders now.

My assumption why I did not find them before: I did not interpret the "<" icon between the library icon and the name of the Spotify playlist. I learned now: when I click on the "<" I navigate back to the root folder of my library, where I see the playlists AND the folders with playlists.

Thanks again

Frank

Ah, I see, no worries Frank! Kudos for figuring it out on your own!
