Wife has crapped up my listening history and I need to remove recent history

I have Spotify in two Tesla's.  The wife has crapped up my history.  I just upgraded to Duo so she can have her own history, but I need to uncrap my history now.  How can I do this?

I don't know if there is a way, but maybe you should listen to a bunch of Tesla, in your Tesla, so you push out the old stuff. While you're rockin' it out, you can be knockin' it (the history) out. How long has she been messing it up for, and what has she been listening to?
