Wont play in order

I have most of my playlists set in alphabetically order of artist. When I am driving in my i30 using Android Auto, I will sometimes turn off shuffle mode so I can listen to the songs in order of artist. Despite doing this, the playlist will stay play in a random shuffle mode. This does not happen on all of my playlists, but on quite a few.

First, we'd recommend performing a reinstall of the app in your car to avoid damaged files from causing problems. If the issue persists, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your car - such as a friend or a family member, to see if it makes any difference. This will help us understand if it's account-related or not.

Lastly, would you mind sending us the OS version and the Spotify version you're currently running in your car?
