Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

My Question or Issue

I was on ig and i saw that spotify wrapped came out and I went ahead and checked it out when i saw who my top artist is and when i saw what my top songs are i knew that this was not factual at all dawg.

My wrapped is completely wrong. I have listened to Piano Man over 1000 times and he’s not even showing as a top song? (It’s my daughters bedtime song)

My Top 5 Songs are from the same Artist I´ve heard not really often. My Top 5 seems very random. And I have definetly listening longer everyday to music than this amounf of minutes. Thats definetly not correct ! I hope you can fix this.

Most of my Wrapped is missing, 

and I can't access my artist clips even though I saw online that they definitely recorded a message for top fans (I was in the top 0.001% so I should be getting one as well)

Hey! I just went to my Spotify wrap and there is some stuff that is wrong for my top song it says that I listen to the song a lot even though I haven’t even touch the song. It’s not even on my liked playlist!! Please Spotify please fix this problem

If you go to an artists’ page their clip might show there aswell, but otherwise, the feature may just be unavailable for you/ your country.

Good morning, my most listened to podcasts don't appear on my Spotify wrapped, I'm very sad about that, is there a way to correct it?

My wrapped is completely wrong, is it because I listen to lesser known artists? Why are 4/5 top 5 artists and songs people I maybe have listened to a few times. Is it possible to have it redone?

Same here what a dissapointing feature, it's completely inaccurate.Spotify get your act together, you have the money so don't produce a poor product, im a premium user.

I think my wrapped is wrong as there is no way i have listened to this little minutes. This year most of my time i was on Spotify listening mostly the whole day. This really disappoints me and i am reconsidering my payment for spotify in 2025.

I am having this issue as well. I am only getting music. Top albums and songs only

My wrapped hasn’t worked for the last two years. It doesn’t show the animations, only the last picture you can download. Last year I had the same problem and it didn’t get better.
