can't see my discover weekly

I can't see my discover weekly almost for 5 months . I already applied all the steps to solve the problem ( cleaned up the storage, reinstalled it , updated ...)

I am facing the same issue no matter which platform I use, I can't find discover weekly playlist anywhere.And neither its visible in made for you section nor through search.
