Welcome to the Spotify Community!
I'd recommend using the desktop app / Web Player for this. If you try copying the songs from one playlist to another, you'll get a warning if some of them are already in the other playlist:
You can select Add new ones to prevent the duplicate songs from being added to the playlist again.
