greyed out and removed playlists

My Question or Issue

My friend once created a playlist. he shared it with me and I added it to my library. now the playlist is grayed out. when you enter the playlist, it is displayed but nothing can be played. after exiting and re-entering it, the message appears that "the content is currently unavailable". has this playlist been deleted or has he secreted it? (I was never invited to co-create this playlist).

i will also add the second point (issue) that I do not understand why the playlist that I created and shared with someone, and then i deleted it, this other person still sees it and plays it.
please explain me

Could you send us the link of the playlist your friend shared with you? We'll take a closer look. However, keep in mind that the playlist could've been deleted by its owner. Making the playlist private won't remove it for those who already follow it through the link and the owner also has the option to manually remove followers from their playlists.
 

Regarding your second question about your own playlist, take into account that after a playlist gets deleted by the user who created it, it'll remain in the system so it can be recovered by its owner. That being said, if the playlist is deleted but someone follows it or downloaded it previously, it should be visible for them for a couple of weeks more until the information is removed from the database completely. However, we're unable to provide a specific timeframe for this to happen.

Thank you very much for your reply. I don't understand how it works. I checked that if the playlist is deleted, the other person can still see and listen to it. On the other hand, if it is hidden (secreted?), it remains greyed out, but access is impossible.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

The playlist didn't open for us either so it's possible something happened to it. The owner might've changed the privacy but from our end this isn't something we can fix.

If you speak with the playlist's owner, you can suggest them to make a copy of the playlist and share the link with you so you can follow the new playlist or even create a new personal playlist with those songs.

so it turns out that in this case this person changed the playlist to private? or rather removed it? unfortunately I have no contact with this person.
