Hello @marksimmons!
Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. The three dots button should show under your playlist title right next to the "Download" and "Add collaborators" buttons. Check out the screenshots below:

If you're still having trouble finding it, it would be helpful if you could include a screenshot in your reply of what your playlist view looks like.
Hope this helps and keep me posted!

But adding Collaborators will give them the option to add music to my playlist, no? I'm not trying to do that.
I have the same issue. I don't have the persons personal contact info anywhere. He is following me on Spotify and I'd like to share one of my playlists with him.
Anyone?
Hey @Telvislounge,
Sharing the playlist (three dots -> share) will not make the person who opens it a collaborator. This will only happen if you invite them to be one (three dots -> invite collaborators). Even if they are invited as one though, you will still be able to edit their access to "listener-only".
To see how to do this, check out this support page here.
Hope this clears things up! We're here for you if any further questions arise.
Hello. I seem to be able to use this solution for playlists I have come across on Spotify. I can’t do this for playlists I have created myself (for instance, the one that contains “Liked songs”). Could someone please confirm this? Thank you.
Hey there @Anonymous9999,
Thanks for posting in this thread!
While you can't specifically share the Liked Songs playlist, you can still share other playlists you've created on Spotify with other users. To share the playlists you've created yourself, feel free to have a look at the steps listed in this article.
It might also be worth having a look at the playlist(s) privacy, to ensure the intended listener can access the list properly. You can find more details about it here.
By the way, there’s currently an Idea here in the Idea Exchange about making Liked Songs shareable. If it’s something you’re interested in, I’d recommend adding your vote to show your support 🙂
Hope this clears things up! Cheers.
Thank you. This is very helpful.
