Thanks for posting in the Community!
In order to toggle a manual sync across the different platforms, with your PC app open, log out & back in of the mobile app twice in a row.
Leave the mobile app open after this and perform the logout from your desktop app instead.
In case the issue remains, we'd like to ask you for some screenshots as well 🙂

I attempted a number of times with no success.
See attached screen shots of my mobile and desktop apps. I have completed the logout procedure a number of times to try and get them synced up with no luck. Please help.

Thanks for all the info shared and for the screenshot you kindly sent us.
We recommend you log out everywhere and run a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app on all your devices; this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force an account-wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at this guide for the steps relevant to each device.
If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of your affected devices along with the Spotify version you have currently running in both?
Lastly, is this happening on another device or does it just happen between your computer and your mobile phone?

this issue is still persisting. the podcasts on my phone do not sync with the web version or the desktop version. i have confirmed that all are the most recent version of the software. i have signed in and out multiple times on all platforms.

A similar thing is happening to me to. I bought a new smartphone, and the "You Episodes" playlist is empty on the new smartphone, although all the episodes are still there when I open spotify on the previous smartphone.
