i can't download local pc songs on mobile, even though they share the same wifi connection .

I added some local songs from my pc to a shared playlist, but when i try to listen to these songs on my mobile it can't download them. Altough i use the same WiFi connection and the firewall is off aswell. When i try to play the song on my phone i get a popup "Spotify tries to play the song..." and then nothing happens.

I also tunrned the "Downloading through mobile on" in my settings and i turned "Download on" in my playlist but it just says "Downloaded" without downloading the songs.

I tried some solutions from other posts but nothing works yet.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.  Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

First, we'll need to know if everything looks okay with your local files on your desktop - are you able to see them and play them as usual?

We'd recommend taking a look at this page to see what you can try to re-sync the tracks.

Then we'd recommend logging out from your phone > restarting it > logging back in.

If the issue persists, we'll need to know what other steps you've tried and we'll see what else we can suggest.
