[iOS][Podcasts] Very early/late notifications for new episodes of JRE.

I follow the JRE podcast and get notifications of new episodes, but almost every time I get a notification, the episode is not there or has been there for days. I got a notification for #1613 with Ari Shaffir about 20 hours ago, yet the episode has NEVER appeared.  Then I get a notification for #1613 - Aayan Hirsi Ali, and it’s immediately up? Where did the missing episode go that I got a notification for? And why does the notification for new episodes come days before or after the episode is posted? It’s extremely frustrating! Some episodes I never get a notification. This problem doesn’t happen at all with new music on Spotify...
