max amount devices reached for no reason

My Question or Issue

Can´t download anything because the 5 Devices limit is reached. But there aren´t 5 Devices with downloads connected. I tried changing the password and i used the log out all devices at least 3 times, nothing works. Maybe there are old Phones of mine still connected? If so can y kick them please?
