music offline

Hello, 

 so i have spotify premium and every time i go to listen offline the first song plays when i was conncected but as soon as i lose connection the song after the one i’m playing will not play at all.

any ideas??

before answering:

1. i’ve already delete and redownloaded

2.ive  already logged in and out

3.  i’ve already reset my phone

Could you try using the Remove Offline Devices and Sign Out Everywhere options from your Spotify account page?

i haven’t tested to make sure the volume works, yet the time isn’t stuck on 0:00 so i thinks it’s working now, thanks so much.
