"Next song" button switches playlists, when the current song is in two playlists

My Question or Issue

I have two playlists, Alice and Bob, and I am playing through playlist Bob. The current song is also in playlist Alice. I wish to skip to the next song.

If I hit the button to advance to the next song, the Spotify app will switch playlists from Bob to Alice to play the next song in playlist Alice.

I suspect the player has a list of playlists the current song is in, and uses the first playlist in its list to find the song after the current one, instead of using the next track from the current playlist.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? Also, does this happen when you listen to your content via Bluetooth/Connect or when you're streaming on your device directly as well?
