"Offline backup" playlist disappeared

I noticed "Offline backup" playlist 2 weeks ago. I saved it to my library and used it a lot. But since yesterday I can't find it anywhere. There is no information about this playlist. Is this a new feature being tested? I really liked this playlist and want to have it back.
