My Question or Issue
"Recently Played" has not updated for several weeks on Windows client, but it's fine on ios 13.4.1 client

I would recommend signing out and back in as it tends to "shake things up" a bit and might just do the trick.
However, you can also use this help page to reinstall the app as it also tends to solve this type of issues.
