You can turn off the option to add recommended songs and play them while listening to liked songs by following these steps:
Once you've turned off these options, Spotify will stop automatically playing recommended songs after your liked songs. If you want to play recommended songs later, you can always turn on these options again.

This isn't the solution to recommended songs playing when playing your liked songs. It still plays them with this unticked. It doesn't play them at the end of playing my liked songs it plays every 3 or 4 songs super annoying and wasting my data
The feature that adds recommended songs is smart shuffle. When you go to your playlist, tap the shuffle button and it toggles between three options: no shuffle, shuffle, and smart shuffle (the icon is shuffle with a sparkle). Change your playlist to no shuffle or shuffle and then you will only play your songs.
There is no settings cog in My Library🥴
That looks like the answer. Thanks. They sure don't like to make it obvious when they're messing with us!
Agree and there doesn’t seem any way of stopping the list even being displayed which is what I really want
They should just completely remove the function that plays recommended songs, also for some reason my playlist loop button like doesn't exist
On free when I hit shuffle it goes to a get premium screen
Hey @Rohall59,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!
Are you trying to turn off Shuffle? If you're on the free version, then it's not possible to toggle off this feature and that may be the reason why you're getting this "Get Premium" pop-up. Also, if you're experiencing the issue the OP mentioned, apart from what was suggested in this thread, I'd recommend making sure that you have more than 15 songs in the playlist you're trying to play, otherwise Spotify will add recommended songs to it.
Let us know how it goes.
