tunemymusic.com Albums not copying

Solved!

tunemymusic.com Albums not copying

Hi, I'm a Premium user from Slovenia. Just got my account yesterday.

I've been a Deezer user so far and I tried to copy my data over from Deezer with tunemymusic.com, a free service. Everything copied almost perfectly (a couple of tracks missing here and there), but my 200+ album collection didn't get copied. Tried 3 times - Tunemymusic.com reported a successful transfer every time but no albums show in my Spotify library.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Sorry to hear this.

You would have to get in touch with them, since Spotify doesn't have any official way to transfer music from another service and isn't affiliated with the site you're referring to.

I hope this clears things up. I'll be here if you need anything else.

Hey @Billy-J. Thanks for your reply.

My intention was to check if there’s anyone else here with this experience. The service has successfully transferred all Deezer albums to Spotify on the account paired to mine via my Duo subscription, but not on mine. Therefore, the issue seems to affect my Spotify account specifically. I was wondering if it had to do with the Spotify database file on my account and if it was maybe possible to reset it. I actually meant to contact a Spotify help line by chat or by email, but I can’t seem to find a link to it.
