My Question or Issue

I'm unable to make playlists and or save them to my profile. On mobile, I hit the create playlist button and it takes me to the new playlist screen, but once I leave that screen the playlist disappears and I'm unable to find it in search. On desktop, I make the playlist and I can watch it disappear from my library on the bottom left. 

Other people's public playlists too, on mobile I hit the + button and it turns green as if to say I followed it, before immediately turning back to the original black and not showing in my library, It's adding it and immediately un-adding it.

It's really frustrating and I've tried resetting my phone and laptop, everything is fully up to date. Unsure if anyone else has had this issue!

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Is this happening on all your devices and apps like mobile, desktop, and web? Can you share a screen recording of the same so I can take a closer look?

 

I would also suggest a clean install of the Spotify App that tends to fix most such issues easily. To know more about how to do that, please check out this article about clean-install.
