My Question or Issue
I opened my playlist on the web player, on my phone, to see what number each song is but for some reason only 30 songs out of 396 show up (not even in the correct order) and the site says the playlist is 2 hours long when in reality it's nearing 24 hours??
I tried getting around it on multiple different browsers and playlists but it's the same thing on every single one.
Hey @ash3s,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
Could you share a link to the playlist so we can take a better look at it?
Keep us posted.
Cheers!

There, I'm not sure if it's only like that for me or others too though.
Hey there @ash3s,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the device in which you notice this behavior along with the browser you're using?
On another note, just to confirm, has the web player always been behaving like this or did it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Is this just happening with only that playlist or does it happen no matter what playlist you choose? Please send us the details about it.
Meanwhile, we'd suggest you check that both the browser you're using and the OS of your device are up-to-date.
Keep us in the loop!
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, so it's an Android, and I use chrome but as I said I tried viewing it on other browsers too such as samsung internet but it showed up the same way in every single one.
And no it hasn't always been like this, I'm not sure when exactly it started. I've updated both, my browser and OS, they're always up-to-date, so it could have started after one of those.
Hey @ash3s,
Thanks for the info you've provided so far.
The Web Player is currently optimized to work best on a desktop and we can confirm that everything looks good with your playlist when viewed on a computer.
In general, the Web Player offers a limited set of features, and mobile users are recommended to use the Spotify app instead.
Hope this clears things up. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.
Cheers!
